What we collect

DentalStateCalc is a free reference tool. Every calculation — premiums, deductibles, coinsurance, and annual maximums — runs entirely inside your web browser. The numbers you type never leave your device, are never uploaded to our servers, and are never stored, logged, or tied to your identity. You can use the calculator, close the tab, and nothing about your inputs remains with us.

We do not ask you to create an account, and we do not request names, addresses, phone numbers, or insurance details. Because there is no account and no server-side form, there is simply no personal information for us to collect in the first place.

Cookies and analytics

We use a small set of cookies. Essential cookies keep the site working and remember simple interface preferences, such as whether you collapsed a section. We also use privacy-respecting analytics cookies to understand which pages readers find useful and how people move through the guides, so we can improve the explanations. These analytics cookies do not identify you personally; the data is aggregated and used only to make the site better.

You can disable cookies at any time through your browser settings. The calculator will still work fully, because all math happens on your own device.

Advertising and third-party vendors

To keep DentalStateCalc free, we display advertisements served by Google AdSense.
