The fastest way to reach the team is by email at hello@dentalstatecalc.site. We answer calculator questions, explain how a figure was derived, and take care of data corrections. We aim to reply within a few business days, though a detailed state-data question may take a little longer to verify.
Report an error or inaccuracy
If a state premium, deductible, annual maximum, or waiting-period rule looks wrong, please report the error with the state name and the page you were viewing. Our researcher checks every reported inaccuracy against the underlying survey source, and when something is confirmed wrong we correct it and note the update date. Your help makes the reference more trustworthy for everyone.
Share feedback
We also welcome general feedback — a calculator that was confusing, a guide that helped you, or a topic you wish we covered. You can send it to the same address. Because the calculator runs entirely in your browser, we cannot see what you typed, so please describe the situation (state, plan type, and procedure) if your note is about a specific result.
What we cannot do
We cannot tell you what your own plan will pay, confirm a benefit over the phone, or give medical or insurance advice. For plan-specific answers, contact your carrier or dentist directly. DentalStateCalc is a free reference, and our replies are limited to explaining the tool and fixing verified data errors.
